These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at ownthemoment.app (the “Site”), operated by Own the Moment, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Not medical advice or emergency care

The Site describes M — Own the Moment, a forthcoming product offering private behavioral support for the decision point. The Site, and M itself, are not a medical provider, are not emergency care, and are not a replacement for therapy, clinical treatment, or professional addiction care. Nothing on the Site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise of cure or recovery, and nothing on the Site should be relied on as such.

Informational purpose

The Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. M is in development. Descriptions of features, capabilities, availability, and timing are subject to change and do not constitute a commitment that any feature will be offered or that the product will become available.

The waitlist

You may express interest in M by emailing us through the links provided on the Site. Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on either side, does not guarantee access to the product, and does not establish any account or relationship beyond our handling of your inquiry. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems;

The Site and its contents — including the M mark, the “Own the Moment” name, text, graphics, and design — are owned by Own the Moment, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

The Site may reference or link to third-party services (for example, your email application). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Own the Moment, LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
